What we promise before you pay
- No card for the trial. A 7-day free trial, with no payment details asked for. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- Monthly or yearly, cancel anytime. No annual lock-in. Cancel from your account and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
- A refund if you change your mind. You have 14 days to ask for a full refund on your first payment. Refund Policy
- A declined card does not darken your print. A failed renewal gets 7 days of grace before anything changes.
- Nothing deleted if you stop. Dynamic codes stop resolving, but the codes, their links and their scan history stay in your account, and they start again the moment you subscribe.
- Free codes stay free. Static codes never depend on us, and we never turn one into a trial code.
What a scan records
For a dynamic code: the time, the approximate country, the device, system and browser the phone reports, and the referring page where there is one. No IP address, nothing tied to a name, and nothing that recognises the same person twice. Scan records are deleted after 24 months. Static codes record nothing: we never learn the scan happened. What you pay
$49 per year, billed once a year, or $5.90 per month, billed every month. Paying yearly costs 30% less than twelve monthly payments. Whichever you choose, the plan renews automatically until you cancel it. Prices are in USD.
Tax is included. AgentaOS is the merchant of record for every purchase and handles VAT or sales tax for your country, so the price above is the total you pay — nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice and receipt come from AgentaOS, and the charge appears on your statement under their name.
The free trial
Every new account starts with 7 days of full access, and we ask for no payment details to begin it. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; if you do not subscribe, your dynamic codes simply stop resolving and everything stays in your account waiting for you.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you subscribe and change your mind, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund on your first payment on a plan. The details are in our Refund Policy.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your static codes are unaffected — they encode their destination directly, so they never depend on us and keep working permanently. Your dynamic codes stop redirecting and anyone scanning them sees a notice that the code is not active. Your codes, their destinations and your analytics are all retained, and they resume working the moment you subscribe again.
